使用本容器包裝危險貨物長途運輸時，務(wù)必執(zhí)行《國際海運危險貨物規(guī)則》補充本中《貨物運輸組件(CTUs)的裝載指南》的各項規(guī)定：

1、靜態(tài)堆碼：堆碼高度最多可達(dá)三層。

3、運輸

3.1用本產(chǎn)品包裝危險化學(xué)品運輸時，一般應(yīng)使用集裝箱或廂式貨車運輸，采用20英尺和40英尺集裝分別可裝20和40只(見圖2)；使用普通載貨汽車運輸時，不得疊裝運輸，車廂的擋板不得低于桶容器的高度;運輸中應(yīng)防止內(nèi)容器發(fā)生橫向或縱向的移動和撞擊，并具備足夠的外部支撐;

3.2使用叉車裝卸噸桶時，必須確保貨叉與托盤的叉孔對齊，防止托盤、框架或內(nèi)膽的人為破環(huán);本噸桶為底部均載提升式，禁止其他任何方式的提升操作；

3.3噸桶再次使用時，在裝貨和交付運輸之前應(yīng)進行認(rèn)真檢查，以保證其沒有任何腐蝕、污染及其他損環(huán)的現(xiàn)象，各附屬配件的功能正常;對檢驗不合格的進行整修，更換使用中已損壞的部件，在進行修理后再次投入使用之前，需要進行滲漏試驗。

3.4在噸桶灌裝和卸料時，必須遵守本公司《噸桶使用說明》的各項規(guī)定，灌裝時液面上方應(yīng)留有足夠的空間，以保證看裝液的體積不超過噸桶總?cè)葜玫?8％;

3.5噸桶用于裝運閃點≤61℃的液體時，或用于裝運易發(fā)生粉生爆炸的粉末時，應(yīng)采取防電的措施。

灌裝及儲存Filling and storage

打開灌裝口封蓋，從頂部灌入液體。

Open filling port cap, fill the liquid from the top.

插入外徑≤140mm管灌裝，灌裝量至桶身刻度線。

Insert the filling tube which outer diameter≤140mm,and fill liquid according to the maximum amount of bucket body.

注意遮蓬貯存，避免高溫、暴曬。存儲溫度為-18℃、40℃

Take shield storage, avoid high temperature and long exposure under sun.

運輸前擰緊所有密封圈。

Tighten all the seals before transportation.

排液 Draining

打開灌裝口封蓋。

Open filling port cap.

旋下放料閥螺紋蓋，撕去密封。如使用閥門接管，將其套在螺紋蓋中，并連同墊圈一起回放料閥擰緊。

Unscrew the feed valve screw cap and tear off the seal. If valve nipples are used, cover them in a threaded cap and tighten the feed valve with the gasket.

卸下放料閥門下的鎖閉螺絲，將閥門把手朝前（順時針）扳動，開始排料。

Remove the lock screw under the discharge valve and pull the valve handle forward (clockwise) to discharge.

放料完畢后，請逆時針關(guān)閉閥門，裝上封閉螺絲，旋緊放料閥密封蓋和灌裝口蓋。

After discharging, please close the valve counterclockwise, install the sealing screw and tighten the sealing cover and filling mouth cover of the discharging valve.

中型散裝容器所充裝的危險品介質(zhì)應(yīng)為IMDG第3.2章允許充裝的介質(zhì)，且介質(zhì)的包裝類別與中型散裝容器允許充裝的介質(zhì)類別相同。

The medium for dangerous goods filled by medium bulk containers shall be the medium allowed to be filled in chapter 3.2 of IMDG,and the category of medium packaging shall be the same as the category of medium allowed to be filled in medium bulk containers.

Medium filled in medium bulk containers should be compatible with materials used in containers, valves ,gaskets,etc

中型散裝容器內(nèi)加注液體時，必須留有足夠的膨脹余位。以保證平均溫度為50℃時，中型散裝容器的充灌度不超過其水容量的98%。除非有特殊規(guī)定，否則在55℃下，液體不得完全裝滿。

Adequate expansion margin must be allowed for filling liquid in medium bulk containers .When the average temperature is 50℃,the filling degree of medium bulk containers should not exceed 98％ of their water capacity.Liquids should not be fully filled at 55℃ unless otherwise specified.

4、本產(chǎn)品是底部提升，不允許頂部提升，作業(yè)溫度不得高于60℃.

This product shall be lifted from the bottom and should not be lifted from the top, operation temperature no higher than 60 ℃..

5、桶面上禁止站人或擺放超重物體，集裝箱內(nèi)未裝滿時，后部應(yīng)該用繩索加固固定。

Do not stand on the barrel or place overweight objects. If the container is not full, the rear part should be fixed with ropes.

6、如此產(chǎn)品存放在室外，請將外面塑料包裝袋拿掉存放。

If the product is stored outside, please remove the outer plastic bag for storage.

7、禁止使用硬物敲擊或撞擊桶體，操作閥門時要輕關(guān)輕放，不要遺失閥門的任何部件。

Do not use hard objects to knock or hit the barrel body. Close and put the valve gently when operating. Do not lose any parts of the valve.

8、擬裝液體的中型散裝容器不得用于運輸在55℃時蒸汽壓力高于130Kpa的液體。

The medium bulk container for the liquid shall not be used for transportation for liquid with steam pressure > 130 kpa in 55 ℃.

9、對于未按上述規(guī)定以及其他錯誤操作而造成的損失，我廠概不負(fù)責(zé)。
